If you prefer working out without an instructor, or the instructor led timetable does not work for you then virtual classes are perfect.  Head to our Virtual Class Studio and watch the 3 meter screen in front of you, where some of the best instructors from around the world will keep you motivated to work as hard as you like for as long as you like.

The Classes Explained
LES MILLS GRIT™ STRENGTH is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness and build lean muscle.  This workout uses barbell, weight plate and bodyweight exercises to blast all major muscle groups. 

LES MILLS GRIT™ ATHLETIC is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) sports conditioning workout, designed to make you perform like an athlete.  This workout often uses a step, bodyweight exercises and multi-dimensional sports conditioning training to increase your overall athletic performance: strength, agility, speed and power.

LES MILLS GRIT™ CARDIO is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, increases speed and maximizes calorie burn.  This workout uses a variety of body weight exercises and provides the challenge and intensity you need to get results fast!

CXWORX™ provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body.  A stronger core makes you better at all things you do, from everyday life to your favourite sports - it's the glue that holds everything together.

All the moves in CXWORX have options, so it's challenging but achievable for your own level of fitness.  During this 30-minute workout, instructors guide you through correct technique as you work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises like crunches, and hovers.  You will also get into some hip, butt and lower back exercises.

BODYPUMP™ is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit - fast.
Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout.  It will burn up to 540calories!

BODYCOMBAT™ enter this workout and you'll punch and kick your way to fitness, burning up to 740 calories along the way.  This high-energy martial-arts inspired workout is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master. 

BODYBALANCE™ Ideal for anyone and everyone, is the yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life.

During BODYBALANCE an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates.  Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started.  You'll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centred.

Important Information regarding your membership

In light of the recent events we have changed our minds and will not be charging any suspension fees as previously advised.
Your membership will be put on hold until we reopen with no monthly fee, so please do not cancel your direct debit.

  • All membership direct debits have been frozen for £0 per month, you do not need to do anything, we will do this automatically and restart your membership when we allowed to reopen again
  • Please do not cancel your direct debit with your bank, as this can cause a delay in resuming your membership when we re-open.
  • Annual membership expiry dates will be extended by the period of time the club is closed
  • No members will pay any fees whilst the club is closed.
  • We will give all members advance notice of when their direct debits will start again once we are able to confirm when we will be re-opening our clubs

Although we are closed, I'm sure you will still want to maintain a healthy, active lifestyle so we are working on a number of online classes for you to follow at home.

Our team of Fitness Professionals are busy filming a range of home workouts for you to choose from, to do at home or outside.  So keep an eye on our website and Social Media.

We will also publish lots of challenges you can part in on our app, so look out for your notifications

The club and all the other business's here, will come back stronger than ever, and will all be here to support you resuming your life back at the club when we re-open.
