I believe balance is absolute key.  Everything should be in moderation, regarding diet and training.  It's important to have a realistic balance to achieve your goals and lead a healthy and HAPPY lifestyle.  Too many people get absolutely obsessed with diet & training and so strict on themselves they end up falling off the wagon completely.  If your not happy the way your living your lifestyle yet achieving results, is it really worth it? With structured well thought plans I can keep you on track, keeping you happy as well as achieving your goals.

History

Been involved with fitness all my life.  8 years of experience within the fitness industry.  4 years of experience in nutrition.  I have been teaching classes such as LBT, Aerobics, Pump, Balance and conditioning for over three years now.  Safe to say I found my passion that I am lucky enough to have as my career.

Passions

I am a Personal trainer and studio instructor here.  I am highly motivated and have a strong passion when it comes to health and fitness.  Growing up as a dancer I have always been into fitness from a very young age.  I have been in the industry a few years now and nothing gives me more enjoyment than helping clients change their lives and reach their goals.

She constantly keeps me motivated and pushes me to the best of my ability to achieve my body goals, changing up our plans to keep them fun and interesting too!     I look forward to our sessions every week and love hearing about all her training/classes she gets up to! Although yazmin is very professional her friendly, bubbly personality always shines through.  I couldn't recommend anyone better to train with, she's amazing

  • I have been having PT with Yaz for 2 years now, i started with yaz as i needed to change my body shape to fit into my wedding dress! Yaz pushed me hard and kept me motivated to achieve the best shape I have ever been in.  I enjoyed it so much i carried on after my big day!

    I am now 30 weeks pregnant and I am still having PT sessions with Yaz and I feel energetic and toned she still pushes me as much as she can but also knows my limits and i completely trust her.  She has varied my exercise routines to suit my needs but still works me hard.  I have managed to keep as toned as possible with just a big baby bump! Hoping keeping fit throughout pregnancy will help with my labour too!

    I could not of achieved my goals without Yaz and look forward to achieving new ones for the future!

  • Yazmin has been my personal trainer for about a year and a half now and within that time she has changed my life! I have dropped dress sizes and lost 3stone! Before seeing her I had never stepped foot into a weights room, I thought it was just for "bodybuilder types" and people who want massive muscles! All I did was cardio, with her help she has shown me its not all about cardio and taught me many different exercises to tone and loose weight.  She has taught me so much that has changed my life style forever.  Even though I really look forward to each session with Yaz I know it will be hard work and the feeling once it's done and the next day knowing you have worked hard is amazing!

Important Information regarding your membership

In light of the recent events we have changed our minds and will not be charging any suspension fees as previously advised.
Your membership will be put on hold until we reopen with no monthly fee, so please do not cancel your direct debit.

  • All membership direct debits have been frozen for £0 per month, you do not need to do anything, we will do this automatically and restart your membership when we allowed to reopen again
  • Please do not cancel your direct debit with your bank, as this can cause a delay in resuming your membership when we re-open.
  • Annual membership expiry dates will be extended by the period of time the club is closed
  • No members will pay any fees whilst the club is closed.
  • We will give all members advance notice of when their direct debits will start again once we are able to confirm when we will be re-opening our clubs

Although we are closed, I'm sure you will still want to maintain a healthy, active lifestyle so we are working on a number of online classes for you to follow at home.

Our team of Fitness Professionals are busy filming a range of home workouts for you to choose from, to do at home or outside.  So keep an eye on our website and Social Media.

We will also publish lots of challenges you can part in on our app, so look out for your notifications

The club and all the other business's here, will come back stronger than ever, and will all be here to support you resuming your life back at the club when we re-open.
