I Strongly believe that a work/life balance is crucial to everyone's success, no matter what the goal.  I refuse to put anyone through a nutrition or exercise program that I wouldn't be willing to do myself...  and some of the outcomes have been incredible.

Passion

I apply behavioural, motivational and exercise based strategies to help guide all individuals from A to B.  Coming from a sport-based background and 12 years in the fitness industry I have perfected approaches to help people adapt there lifestyle and activity, leading to so many successful outcomes! Being with a person through a transformation is such a buzz for me, and the knowledge and motivation I can offer for you to take away will be invaluable.  Let's get the journey started for you asap...

  • I have been working with Tom for about one year and see him regularly, usually three times a week, and combine his routines with other exercise such as squash and spinning.  Over the year my sessions with Tom have evolved and we have for the past few months been focusing on 20 minute, high impact routines mixing cardio with strength and core conditioning.  It is rare for one session to be the same as another but Tom does have his favourite elements!
