Health and fitness can have a positive effect on anyone's life, whether this be a behavioural change, general well-being, changes personal to you as an individual and finally all of the health benefits.


Level 2 Gym Instructor, Level 3 Personal Trainer and a mentor within the Club Kingswood Get Lean programme.


II have always had a passion revolving around exercise, after studying GCSE P.E at school I wanted to further my knowledge about the human body.  I then went on to study an extended diploma in sport science.  After I finished my 2 year course at college I then decided to do an apprenticeship to get my level 2 Gym Instructing and Level 3 personal training qualifications.  After developing a great interest in Health and fitness I wanted to share my time with those with aspiration of becoming a stronger and better version of themselves.

I like to use a variety of training methods and programmes tailored to people's objectives and really listen to what it is they want to achieve.  I have extensive knowledge in muscle gain and weight loss.  I like to help clients maximise their full potential, by providing them with all the information they need.

As fitness professional I think it is important to keep yourself up to date with fresh material revolving around Health and Fitness.  Therefore I will always try to extend my knowledge to provide the best for my clients.  Everyone should feel comfortable in themselves.  Noticing changes is important in regards to reaching new levels.  In order to get to where you want to be you must be willing to take small steps and trust the process.  Nothing pleases me more than seeing an individual achieve their agreed goals.
