I was initially sceptical about having PT sessions. I wondered if they would add any value to my work-outs but I couldn't have been more wrong. It's thanks to Karen that I have completely transformed my body since the birth of my second child. Because of her extensive knowledge and enthusiastic commitment to her work I am stronger, more flexible, have dropped two dress sizes and most importantly I have laid the foundations for a new and healthier lifestyle. The individualised exercise programs she has created for me have challenged me both physically and mentally; Karen has always motivated me to push past my perceived limits to get results. If you are serious about changing your life for the better Karen will be there for you every step of the way. She is truly an excellent trainer and a pleasure to work with, knowing exactly when to encourage and when to push me.
