I Strongly believe that a work/life balance is crucial to everyone's success, no matter what the goal.  I refuse to put anyone through a nutrition or exercise program that I wouldn't be willing to do myself...  and some of the outcomes have been incredible.

I apply behavioural, motivational and exercise based strategies to help guide all individuals from A to B.  Coming from a sport-based background and 12 years in the fitness industry I have perfected approaches to help people adapt there lifestyle and activity, leading to so many successful outcomes! Being with a person through a transformation is such a buzz for me, and the knowledge and motivation I can offer for you to take away will be invaluable.  Let's get the journey started for you asap...

  • I have been working with Tom for about one year and see him regularly, usually three times a week, and combine his routines with other exercise such as squash and spinning.  Over the year my sessions with Tom have evolved and we have for the past few months been focusing on 20 minute, high impact routines mixing cardio with strength and core conditioning.  It is rare for one session to be the same as another but Tom does have his favourite elements! I have really enjoyed working with Tom as I have found him to be a great motivator and the only trainer I have worked with over the years that has kept me interested in sticking with gym- based training.  I put this down to his relaxed approach and a belief that his methods will yield results.  And there is always a target to beat! Important Information regarding your membership

In light of the recent events we have changed our minds and will not be charging any suspension fees as previously advised.
Your membership will be put on hold until we reopen with no monthly fee, so please do not cancel your direct debit.

  • All membership direct debits have been frozen for £0 per month, you do not need to do anything, we will do this automatically and restart your membership when we allowed to reopen again
  • Please do not cancel your direct debit with your bank, as this can cause a delay in resuming your membership when we re-open.
  • Annual membership expiry dates will be extended by the period of time the club is closed
  • No members will pay any fees whilst the club is closed.
  • We will give all members advance notice of when their direct debits will start again once we are able to confirm when we will be re-opening our clubs

Although we are closed, I'm sure you will still want to maintain a healthy, active lifestyle so we are working on a number of online classes for you to follow at home.

Our team of Fitness Professionals are busy filming a range of home workouts for you to choose from, to do at home or outside.  So keep an eye on our website and Social Media.

We will also publish lots of challenges you can part in on our app, so look out for your notifications

The club and all the other business's here, will come back stronger than ever, and will all be here to support you resuming your life back at the club when we re-open.
