PERSONAL TRAINING PACKAGES
Bronze- Work with one of our highly motivated trainers for a 4 week period, allow them to periodise a suitable program. Full analytics and analysis of the time frame, pushing you towards your desired goals. Nutritional advice will be also be delivered, giving you a good education around the subject.
Silver- Maybe something a little longer term, commit to working with your chosen trainers for a 6 week period. This valuable package well and truly over delivers, giving you nutritional advice and diet plan to assist your structured personal program.
