I am an honest, motivated and enthusiastic trainer, that will help you with your own fitness journey, whether that be weight loss, strength training or just all-round general fitness.  I am welcome to a challenge and also challenging others to achieve their goals, my passion and drive will get the best out of people, but we will also have fun along the way.  Fitness needs to be enjoyable to get the most out of your training!!

Fitness helped me personally with my own weight loss journey having struggled with fad diets and maintaining a healthy weight in the past.  What come next was the state of my mental well-being, which shocked me the most, it helped me focus on life in a much more positive way.  Having found this new positivity, not only being physically fitter but mentally stronger, this led to me becoming a trainer a Club Kingswood.  I now want pass on my knowledge and positivity to others in order for my clients to become the best version of themselves.

Qualifications:

  • Level 2 Gym Instructor, Level 2 Nutrition, Level 2 Behaviour Change
  • Currently studying - Level 3 Personal Trainer
  • A Level - Physical education
  • Previously worked for the NHS as a weight Management senior practitioner
