Our Class Programme offers the most comprehensive range of activities available. Whether you are a newcomer to exercise, or an experienced class user, we have a huge choice of classes ideally suited to you.
We offer over 80 classes per week in 2 luxury air conditioned studios, ranging from: Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi, to classes specifically designed to tone and strengthen,lose weight and to improve your overall health and well being.
Studio classes can be booked up to 7 days in advance, either at Reception, on the phone, or shortly via our website.
